Play as Dural:

When you select your character, enter "Down", "Up", "Right",
then "DEL"+"Left".
If you hear a swoosh, you have entered it in correctly.
Note: This code works best if you're player 2.
Alternate costumes:

Hold "Up" and press "Delete" while choosing a fighter at the
character selection screen.
