Go into Build mode and create a new driver, or edit an exiting one.
Go into "Make License" and enter:

NWHLS - For no wheels.
FLYSKYHIGH - To turn on fly mode.
Dragon pieces!:

1. Go to BUILD mode.
2. Go to the Adventurers piece set.
3. Click QUICK BUILD.
4. Go to the Dragon piece set.
