To enable all cars and tracks just type "cheating homer"
on the first menu screen of the game ! When cheats are
enabled you just hear a motor sound.
Hint More repairing time:

When you fix your car and then you make a "RECCON" driving in
the stage when u come back the game gives u again time for
fixing the car. So if u have too much damage u have double or
more time to fix it. JUst make a reccon.
