Raise as much as desired:

Use the following trick to increase the amount that you can
raise during a cash game. Start a new cash game. When it is
ready for you to deal, click "Quit" to get back to the main
screen, then click "Quit" again to exit out of the game
entirely.
Restart the game and click on "Cash Game" then click "Resume."
You can now raise as much as desired within the cash game.
